Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a cutting edge treatment modality that uses a client's visual field to address depression, anxiety, PTSD, or creative blocks. It is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms.

Why is it for me?

Brainspotting (BSP) has two main focuses. People who are in need of symptom relief (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc) and people who are enhancing performance, creative energy, or spiritual connection.

How does it do both? The brain is a mysterious and wonderful place. By using the positioning of the eyes (the only part of the brain you can move!) BSP practitioners do dozens to hundreds of hours of training in tracking the nervous system to guide sessions toward resolving even long standing blocks. Watch the video above to find out what a Brainspot is!

BSP is shown to be extremely effective where talk based / traditional therapies may have run their course. BSP clients have often tried years of 'mindset training' or talking therapies, which have temporarily helped or improved insight. BSP goes to the root of deeper issues that may have no verbal coding at all.

Where you look affects how you feel.
