Self pay sessions begin at $125/hour.

Cash, check, credit/debit, and HSA cards are accepted.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE? HOW DO WE MEET?

Sessions run from 45-60 minutes depending on a variety of factors.

Office based sessions are held at 136 S Main Street in Council Bluffs, IA in the Historic Park Building.

Telehealth sessions are conducted with a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy room through various options: , TherapyNotes video sessions on the client portal, Spruce Video, Zoom and Google Meet options are also available.

We are not a medication providers.

Although there is not currently a prescriber on staff, we have an extensive network of referrals to connect you to medication management providers.
